Job Description:
A company is looking for a Triage Nurse (Telehealth) to provide
nursing and administrative support remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and place inbound and outbound calls to patients
Conduct clinical assessments and triage patients via phone or
patient portal
Provide administrative support for FMLA, ADA, and LTD/STD needs
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse with Unencumbered e-NCL Licensure; California
licensure required
Minimum of 5 years' experience in various direct patient care
settings
Minimum of 3 years' bedside experience
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (e.g., EPIC, Cerner,
Greenway)
Ability to work in a HIPAA compliant remote workspace
