**Job Summary**Providence Holy Cross Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Trauma and Pediatrics Specialist. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to work in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.**About the Job**This position requires a nurse with a strong background in trauma care and pediatrics. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be familiar with a wide range of medications, including antibiotics, vasopressors, opioids, sedation, anti-hypertensives, anti-seizure, and cardiac medications. The nurse will work in a level 2 trauma center, providing care to patients with a variety of conditions, including trauma, pediatrics, AMIs, strokes, MVA, gun shots, sepsis, and CHF.**Responsibilities**The Trauma and Pediatrics Specialist will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. The nurse will also be required to work every other weekend, with the opportunity to work a block schedule on a case-by-case basis.**Requirements**To be eligible for this position, the candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be able to start on an ASAP basis. The nurse must also be able to provide a valid RTO (return to work) restriction at the time of submission.
