Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist
(Hybrid or Remote) in Goodyear, Arizona.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, either
virtually or in-person
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain client
documentation
Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an
interdisciplinary approach to care
Required Qualifications:
Active, independent Arizona Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed
Professional Counselor (LPCC)
Permanent residence in Arizona
Not opted out from Medicare
Access to reliable internet and proficiency with technology,
including EHR systems
