Aveanna Healthcare Skilled Nursing Care ProviderAveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their team of healthcare professionals. As a dedicated LVN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring the highest level of quality care for patients in their own homes.

• Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care as defined in State's Nurse Practice Act.
• Implement plan of care initiated by the registered nurse.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care.
• Assess and provide patient and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis and plan of care.LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE (LVN) QUALIFICATIONS
  • Current CA Vocational Nurse License.
  • 1 year of experience is a plus.
  • Pediatric experience is a plus.
  • Current PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
  • Current State license, CPR certification and valid driver's license (local travel required).WHAT WE OFFER:
