With a primary emphasis on delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments and skincare solutions, the MLP-SF utilizes their knowledge and skills to meet patient needs while achieving sales targets and revenue goals.Roles and Responsibilities:--- Perform aesthetic procedures such as injectables and laser treatments with precision and expertise, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.--- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skincare concerns, goals, and preferences, while effectively highlighting the benefits of recommended treatments.--- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and desired outcomes, utilizing a sales-focused approach to drive product and service recommendations.--- Actively participate in sales and marketing initiatives, leveraging interpersonal skills and product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell relevant services and skincare products.--- Leverage proficient expertise in previously developed social media platforms to strategically drive revenue growth and attract new clients.Qualification/Experience:--- Bachelor's or Master's degree or Doctorate Degree in Nursing as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant--- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Aesthetic Practice is an advantageLicenses/Certifications:--- Current active unrestricted license in State CA--- Active DEA LicenseBenefits:--- Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance--- Employee Discount--- 401k Eligible Matching--- Paid Time Off--- Company Holidays
