  • Preferred to have academic hospital experience.
  • Needs to know enteral nutrition, TPN and malnutrition diagnosis.

    • AHA Only. Required for RNs: Tele, ICU, SICU, MICU, Endoscopy/GI, CCU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, PACU, Cath Lab, ER, L&D, Interventional Radiology.
    • AHA or ARC. Required for RNs.
    • AHA Only. Required for RNs: PICU, Peds ER, Peds Step down, Interventional Radiology (Preferred).
    • Required for RNs: Nursery, NICU, L&D.
    • Required for Oncology RNs.
    • TNCC - Preferred for ER but not required
    • Required for RNs: L&D AWHONN Intermediate Required.
    • Verification from accrediting party required as needed per unit/specialty. Must be run within 30 days prior to start date.
    • Required for X Ray Techs. Need the physical copy of the CDPH RHB Diagnostic Radiologic Technology and Fluoroscopy permits for X-Ray techs.

    • Required: Must be within 30 days of start.
    • Required for FPG LVN/LPNs. Listed on their CA license. Please use expiration date on card.
    • Required for some units. CL - please check UD or if UD is unavailable please reach out to PM team to confirm if required.
    • Required for all Psych positions. Use exp date on card.
    • Required for all Resources. Certificate of completion for CA mandated harassment prevention training. Expires two years from date of certificate.
