Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Quality to provide proactive quality support for clinical development programs.



Key Responsibilities

Serve as a GCP Subject Matter Expert and provide quality oversight for clinical programs
Plan and conduct risk-based GCP audits and manage regulatory inspections
Support the development of risk-based Quality Assurance plans and oversee clinical trial quality management activities


Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 3 years of quality experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years of quality experience OR Associate's degree with 10 years of quality experience OR High school diploma/GED with 12 years of quality experience
Experience directly managing people or leading teams/projects
7 years or more experience in Quality Management or Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Experience with Quality Management Systems and managing quality in electronic QMS
Thorough understanding of Clinical R&D activities and Global Regulations
