Job Description:
A very successful and dynamic company is looking for a
Superintendent. Should have experience with high rise tenant
improvements. Delegate daily repair tasks to maintenance staff and
make sure that the building is kept clean and presentable looking.
Work with contractors for completing larger renovation projects.
Scheduling building worker shifts and keeping maintenance costs
